There are a couple of good spots for surf lessons in Uvita, particularly the Sector Colonia in Marino Ballena National Park.
For experienced surfers (shortboarders), head to Dominical as waves there can get very big and strong! For longboarding, we love Playa Dominicalito, just south of Dominical (15 minute drive from Uvita).
